Ready, let's start

1. Guidance - guided discovery is a teaching method used in TESOL classroom to make our TESOL classroom more learner centered. It includes guiding our students to discover the rules of English, rather than feeding them. In practice, this means showing the language and asking students questions to understand the form, meaning and usage of the language, rather than simply telling them.

2. Inspiration - inspiration is a skill that TESOL teachers should use in every English class they teach. Many people misunderstand inspiration. Many people either go too far or do badly. This is expected, because inspiration is a skill that takes some time to master. Basically, in order to help us make TESOL classroom more learner centered, we need to integrate learners into every step of the course. Instead of providing information to learners, we can ask questions and ask them to come up with the answers we want. Enlightening questions can be simple, such as where do you usually spend time with your friends? If you are talking about free time or place around the city, or what is the adjective form of the word? If we look at words. This enables them to participate in the course because they are often asked to contribute.

3. Problem - for a TESOL teacher, the problem is everything! We try to give students enough space to ask questions. When your students ask questions, it may mean that they don't understand something, but it also means that they are thinking and considering the language. We hope to encourage our students to use such a language because it will help consolidate their language.

4. Silence - not the silence of students, but your silence. This may seem strange, but in English class, TESOL teachers prefer students to speak more than teachers. After all, who needs more practice? However, as a TESOL teacher, it is easy to fall into the trap of speaking all the time. This is usually a kind of thinking conversation. TESOL teachers can say their ideas out loud, which will only confuse your students because they try to translate everything you say! This usually means that you will eventually answer your questions, so your students have no chance to say anything, take a deep breath and embrace the silence!

5. Time is up - TESOL teachers may or may not be aware of this, but teaching is a hard work. This is a physical and mental waste. You can either spend time preparing wonderful courses, or sing and dance with the kindergarten children five hours a day, or do your homework and exams in the evening. TESOL teachers always keep the best interests of students in mind, so they usually make extra efforts in their work. If this sounds like you, be sure to take time from work, get enough rest, take sick leave when you need it - and don't forget the vacation! Exhausted TESOL teachers are not good for anyone.

That's it. TESOL teachers only need to increase your teaching methods to ensure that you become the best TESOL teachers.
